Indoor Track in Shoppiing Mall Encourages Physical Activity

In Aberdeen, partners have made it easier for people to be physically active by setting up an indoor track in a shopping mall. Being able to get free exercise at the mall helps people get excercise during the cold and rainy winter months. more
