WithinReach's ParentHelp123.org is an inviting and interactive web site that helps families find out if they may be eligible for state benefit programs and fill out program applications on-line. This new web resource provides low-income families with a single access point to free and low-cost health insurance, food assistance and other resources all in one place. The Benefit Finder screens for Children’s Medicaid/CHIP/CHP, First Steps, Basic Health, WIC, and Basic Food.
