15th Annual Washington State Joint Conference on Health
Yakima, Wa - Join us at the Joint Conference for the presentation, "Coordinated School......What?" on Wednesday, October 8th from 10:00-11:30 a.m. This session will introduce a model that re-frames Coordinated School Health in a way that educators embrace and that
enhances team efforts toward achieving a truly coordinated, healthy learning environment. Evidence of the success in
improving health and academic outcomes, including the narrowing of the achievement gap, will be shared, along with information on Healthy Schools, Successful Students.
