Robert is a 71 year-old Caucasian male with a full-scale IQ of 83. He is obese, incontinent, and suffers from esophageal reflux, which causes him to choke. He has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from severe sexual and physical abuse by his alcoholic stepfather. He is unable to maintain his own hygiene and needs assistance with his ADLs. Robert has been getting increasingly agitated and verbally aggressive towards his new male in-home caregiver.
