THE 2006 MENTAL HEALTH CONSUMER SURVEY (click for more information)Transformation Grant Telephone Survey (2006)(click to access report)The Washington Institute for Mental Illness Research & Training (WIMIRT) has conducted the 2006 Adult Consumer Survey (ACS2006). This year marked the seventh annual consumer satisfaction survey conducted by the Washington Institute. Every year we have talked with hundreds of consumers about their satisfaction with services, access to services, involvement with service decisions, provider availability, if they think providers are sensitive to their cultural background, and whether or not they think the services they receive are helping them. We also ask them what needs to be done differently to improve the mental health services they receive.
