The Cascadia
Revolving Fund is a private, non-profit community development
fund that provides loans and technical assistance to small businesses
and non-profit organizations in Washington and Oregon. Cascadia

and business development in distressed urban and rural communities.
Three years ago, Cascadia also launched a special fund to support
childcare providers. Cascadia has been in existence since 1985 and
since that time, has loaned nearly $14,000,000 to more than 300
businesses. Cascadia is mentoring WATF on all aspects of the complex
