Faculty Affiliate Steven Rathgeb Smith is returning to the UW from Georgetown University in Fall 2011 and is the Nancy Bell Evans Professor of Public Affairs in the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs as well as the director of the Nancy Bell Evans Center on Nonprofits & Philanthropy and the Electronic Hallway at the Evans School. Smith studies nonprofit organizations, nonprofit and public management, public policy, comparative social policy, and social services.
