Leadership
Instructor:Wendy Harman
Leadership is typically considered a male
domain. Think of the greatest leaders,
and you’ll be able to come up with more
male examples than female ones. The
reason for this is our love affair with the
rugged individualist, the John Wayne
character, if you will. Women have been
found to lead differently from men, and
when women recognize their strengths
in the leadership domain, it becomes
apparent that women have been leading
since the dawn of time. Come join us
in developing your leadership skills and
potential, and join the ranks of successful
women throughout history. Bring a
snack.

Instructor: Pippa Kiraly

While you will learn some practical, easy measures to help your breathing, this is primarily an informational class. To retrain the body’s breathing mechanism takes more time and supervision than can be undertaken in 90 minutes. Please bring a notebook and pen.
