The WFI Summary Report is a descriptive summary of the WFI data collected from an individual site. Reports are provided to our collaborators after data collection is complete. To view a Sample Report created using data from the WFI-3, click the link below:

WFI Sample Report

You will need to have the appropriate software installed on your computer to properly view this file. To view PDF files you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. This is probably already part of your browser (Internet Explorer/Netscape), but if you are having difficulty, you may need to download the free reader.

WFI Files

The following files are available to WFI-3 collaborators only. These files are necessary to properly administer the WFI-3 and enter WFI-3 data.
