Information on accessing the UW School of Medicine Library Resources can be found at http://healthlinks.washington.edu/howto/connect/; additionally, the faculty appointed preceptor may:

• Access https://uwnetid.washington.edu/newid/ to get a UWNetID
• Select, “I don’t have a UW NetID (I am not sure)”
• When asked to enter a category on the 2nd page, enter “UW Faculty”
• On the 3rd page, in the space for EID, enter the 9-digit # listed on the front of the Husky Card
• After the UWNetID and password are assigned, the faculty can log into the Library Resources at http://healthlinks.washington.edu/
• To access the resources remotely, click on the “Off-Campus Access” link at the upper right of the page
• the faculty can then log in using their UWNetID and password
