Using Catalyst, the UWSOM will request a WRITE program evaluation by the student in May or June, which will cover evaluation information for each WRITE preceptor with whom the student has had significant contact. After the WRITE Site’s primary preceptor has submitted the student’s grades, a summary of this information will be shared with the individual WRITE Site preceptors and will be used by the WRITE Steering Committee and regional offices for overall site evaluation and improvements. As well, Dr. Norris will request a debrief interview upon students' return to Seattle in June or July.
