The optional site visit, which is done following the interviews, should be scheduled when the primary preceptor is available and on site and should not be longer than one day, and needs to be completed by January 1, 2009.
Students should plan on moving to their site following the WRITE Orientation and during the week before the WRITE program begins.
During the WRITE rotation, from January-June, the student may need to travel to Seattle for a medicine exam (end of March) or for some other educational purpose.
