SD media per liter:

1. 1.7 g Yeast Nitrogen Base without amino acids or ammonium sulfate
2. 5 g ammonium sulfate
3. 950 ml dH2O
4. Typically divided 95 ml in 100 ml bottles
5. Autoclave
6. 5 ml 40% glucose stock to 95 ml after autoclaving
