Live Cell Imaging of Multiple Proteins

Multiple proteins can be followed in separate CFP and YFP channels. Fluorescence filter sets are from Omega Optical. Gray scale images are acquired with a CoolSNAP HQ camera from Roper Scientific and then pseudocolored. This movie tracks microtubules (TUB1-YFP) and spindle pole bodies (SPC29-YFP) pseudocolored in green and the histone HHF2 tagged with CFP in red. The time lapse series was taken over the course of 1 hour as cells grew on a layer of 1% agarose SD-complete medium.
