mCherry (hgh) Plasmid pBS35
pBS35 is based upon "pBS4" except
that CFP is replaced by mCherry (Shaner et al).
Forward and reverse primers are described on the protocol page
"Fusing GFP
to the Carboxy Terminus of Your Favorite Protein." Some common restriction
enzyme sites are shown. Unique sites are in red. Hph represents the hygromycin
B resistance gene.
Permission from the Roger Tsien lab must be obtained before the release of any plasmids
containing mCherry. The Material Transfer Agreement must
be signed by the principal
investigator, sent to the Tsien lab;
and a copy faxed to the YRC/Attn R Ramsden at 206-685-1792,
in addition to filling out the regular YRC plasmid request form.
