Autoclave and cool to 50¡C 6. 100x Ade solution 7. 50% Glucose 8. 10% CAA 9a. 100x Ura solution for Trp- plates OR 9b. 100x Trp solution for Ura- plates (Leave out step 9 for Trp- Ura- plates) 10a. G418 (80 mg/ml) OR 10b. ClonNAT (200 mg/ml) OR 10c. hygromycin (check container for concentration, final is 300 microg/ml) |
