Donald L. Patrick, PhD, MSPH, Director

Dr. Patrick is the Director of the Seattle Quality of Life Group and is Professor of Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health. Throughout his career, he has worked on health status assessment and quality of life, including applications to chronic illness and disability, health promotion, evaluation, and developing health-related quality of life measures for specific conditions and populations.

Todd C. Edwards, PhD, Investigator

Dr. Edwards is a Research Assistant Professor in Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health, and is a founding member of the Seattle Quality of Life Group. His research interests include development and validation of patient and observer-reported measures of symptoms/signs, function, and quality of life across a broad range of populations and health conditions, and the integration of these measures into treatment decision-making and assessment of treatment outcomes.
