Dr. Patrick is the Director of the Seattle Quality of Life Group and is Professor of Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Throughout his career, he has worked on health status assessment and quality of life, including applications to chronic illness and disability, health promotion, evaluation, and developing health-related quality of life measures for specific conditions and populations.
