About UsSeaQoL Group![]() Dr. Patrick is the Director of the Seattle Quality of Life Group and is Professor of Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Throughout his career, he has worked on health status assessment and quality of life, including applications to chronic illness and disability, health promotion, evaluation, and developing health-related quality of life measures for specific conditions and populations.
![]() Dr. Topolski is an Affiliate Assistant Professor and a Research Scientist in Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Her research interests include quality of life among underserved populations, children with special health care needs, and the genetic basis of anxiety among youth.
![]() Dr. Edwards is an Affiliate Assistant Professor and a Research Scientist in Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine. His research interests include community development and participation, public policy formulation, and quality of life as a societal issue.

Kathryn L. Calderwood, Sr. Secretary Ms. Calderwood is a Senior Secretary in Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine.
Pauline Cooper, B.A., Research Coordinator Ms. Cooper is a Research Coordinator in Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine.Her research interests include protocol writing and research design. I the last several years, Ms. Cooper was a clinical research coordinator in the field of cancer research.

Lynne Hamilton, Research Administrator Ms. Hamilton is a Research Administrator in Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine.
Anne Skalicky, M.P.H., Research Coordinator Ms. Skalicky is a Research Scientist II in Health Services at the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Her research interests include women and children, health behavior, nutritional deficiencies, community development and participatory research, and quality of life of vulnerable populations.
