The World Health Organization Quality of Life Instruments (WHOQOL)

The WHOQOL is a generic Quality of Life Scale developed through the World Health Organization.

The SeaQoL Group is the location of the US WHOQOL Center and distributes ONLY the US English version of the WHOQOL-100 and WHOQOL-BREF.

To obtain the WHOQOL-100 US English version instrument, user manual and scoring program, and/or the free WHOQOL-BREF US English version instrument please complete and return WHOQOL US English Order Form
