STEM night at Medina Elementary School was so much fun! ACES introduced a new demo: Cloud in a Bottle. We taught all ages about phase changes, vapor-liquid equilibrium, and how clouds are made. We even connected the science back to chemical engineering, discussing how we implement these concepts in distillation columns for separation of mixed liquids.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
