Calling all makers, artists, and creatives! Share your talents with the UW community and sell your crafts at our Fall Maker’s Fair on Wednesday, February 26th from 11am-3pm on the HUB Street (first floor atrium).
Vendors will be provided with a 6′ (wide) x 7′ (deep) space, 6′ table, and 2 chairs. Access to power is limited and requests will be considered on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors are responsible for their point of sale systems and the safety and security of their items. Parking and temporary access to the loading dock is available. Vendor setup begins at 10am.
The deadline to submit vendor applications is Wednesday, January 29th. After applications are reviewed and confirmed, vendors will be sent instructions to pay the vendor fee and must submit payment no later than Friday, February 7th.
UW students, faculty, and staff may serve and sell food items if all UW Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements are met. If you are interested in being a food vendor, apply for a Temporary Food Service Permit by visiting https://bit.ly/2TzZsVj (the application link is located on right side of the web page under “Reference Links”). Proof of EHS approval is required. Please forward your EHS approval confirmation to email@example.com by Friday, February 7th.
The Maker’s Fair is sponsored by the Husky Union Building (HUB), The Whole U, and Housing & Food Services. If you have questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
