Graphic Design Manager
SIFF is seeking a Graphic Design Manager responsible for the design and execution of a range of projects including: Cinema, Festival, and Education campaign art creation, print and digital ads, preshow art, posters, flyers, printed collateral, and venue signage, Festival Catalog and Guide covers and internal promotional ads, invitations for special events, brochures, and image resizing for print and web. The Graphic Design Manager also manages (hires, trains, supervises) graphic design interns and Festival graphic design associates, and works closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
Education Manager
SIFF is seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Education Manager to set the vision for the organization’s education programming for youth and adults. Reporting to the Artistic Director and in collaboration with the SIFF leadership team, the Education Manager will cultivate new and deepen existing audiences with education through filmmaking and film appreciation experiences. This position centers culturally responsive education programs driving engagement with all populations, especially BIPOC and youth communities. They will manage the development of resources, grow partnerships and relationships with community groups, and should be passionate about the SIFF mission to create experiences that bring people together around film.
Development Manager
The Development Manager will support the individual giving and membership needs of the organization. Working closely with Marketing and Communications, the Development Manager will drive membership campaigns, ensure fulfillment, and manage the membership relationships at SIFF. In addition, the development manager will work closely within the development department to support annual giving, major gifts and events. They will help cultivate and identify members for annual giving and major donor prospects.
Administrative Coordinator
The primary functions of the Administrative Coordinator are to provide daily administrative support to the Finance & Administration team including the Executive Director, and act as staff liaison for the SIFF Board of Directors. This role will require the candidate to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information, juggle multiple priorities, respond to board requests in a gracious manner and and actively contribute to building a strong and positive workplace community for SIFF.
Programming Coordinator
The Programming Coordinator is responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative needs of the Programming Department while communicating with all appropriate parties, both in and out of the organization, to ensure seamless planning and reporting for mini-festivals, SIFF Cinema, and the Festival.
