A strong candidate will have proficiency in all facets of MS Office suite, Quickbooks, and basic accounting principals. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, clear communicator, detail orientated, flexible in nature, extremely organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive disposition.<\/p>\n<p>Primary Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage purchase orders and office needs<br \/>\n\u2022 Vendor relations<br \/>\n\u2022 IT support management<br \/>\n\u2022 HR support<br \/>\n\u2022 Compliance issues<br \/>\n\u2022 Contract support<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct weekly bookkeeping, process payroll, and produce financial reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the development and implementation of systems and procedures for all staff to maximize efficiency in administration<br \/>\n\u2022 Telephone, general email, and mail processing<br \/>\n\u2022 Management of filing and records maintenance<br \/>\n\u2022 Other duties and responsibilities as needed A Strong Candidate Will Qualifications \u2022 Believe in Path with Art\u2019s mission<br \/>\n\u2022 Be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively \u2022 Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues \u2022 Understand basic financial management practices<br \/>\n\u2022 Have proficiency with Quickbooks, MS Office Suite, especially Excel<br \/>\n\u2022 Familiarity with Mailchimp, Salesforce, Cloud Storage platforms, social media management platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not mandatory<br \/>\n\u2022 Possess a Bachelor\u2019s degree or have demonstrated related experience; three to five years or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"WbZuDe\">Physical Demands <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"WbZuDe\">\u2022 Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, accurately read written information, and work with computers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"WbZuDe\">Work Environment: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"WbZuDe\">Generally, work is in an office setting but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of typical office environment. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"WbZuDe\">Path with Art is an equal opportunity employer.
