POSITION OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/div>\n
The\u00a0Digital Marketing Intern<\/strong>\u00a0is responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of the organization\u2019s digital marketing strategy. This position focuses on building awareness of NFFTY, film submissions, and the National Film Festival for Talented Youth within the online community via social media platforms, digital advertisements, etc.<\/div>\n

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP<\/strong><\/div>\n
The Digital Marketing Intern reports to the Managing Director.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate NFFTY\u2019s social media calendar and content, curation, and distribution across all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube)<\/div>\n
o Research story leads, follow film\/entertainment news sites to curate content for posting<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Build upon NFFTY\u2019s existing submission outreach database<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Create and send email marketing campaigns and track resulting web traffic and conversions. Can include but not limited to the NFFTY e-news, e-blasts, etc.<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Write and\/or curate blog posts<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and elsewhere<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Assist with the maintenance of NFFTY.org<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0General office assistance and other tasks as needed<\/div>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Exceptional communications (phone & writing) skills<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Strong working knowledge of email marketing applications and social media networks<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Interest in film, film festivals, and\/or filmmaking<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Highly organized and detail oriented with attention to accuracy<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0As a voice of the organization in a media-driven environment, ability to exercise good judgment and discretion at all times<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0Outgoing and good sense of humor<\/div>\n

INTERNSHIP TIME COMMITMENT<\/strong><\/div>\n
To start immediately. Schedule negotiable, 5-20 hrs\/week, time expectation ramps up closer to annual festival happening Fall 2019.<\/div>\n

This is an unpaid internship. NFFTY is prepared to cooperate with your school for course credit.<\/div>\n
