Perform all the Admissions Representative duties as outlined in the accompanying job description.<\/p>\n<p>PAY: $12\/hour; $13 starting January 1, 2017<\/p>\n<p>REPORTS TO: Admissions Assistant Manager<\/p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service &#8211;\u00a0Admission Representative Duties &#8211;\u00a0Assist members, donors, and the general public with membership and general museum information by answering the Customer Service Center (CSC) phone line, help desk inquiries, and emails. &#8211;\u00a0Provide technical support via phone or email to visitors having issues ordering their tickets or accessing their online SAM accounts.
