CoCA is a successful, small, 38-year-old art nonprofit presenting cutting edge exhibitions. We amplify important voices in contemporary art including artists from underrepresented groups.<\/p>\n<p>CoCA embraces a community-focused, inclusive, consensus-driven leadership model; we seek an Operations Manager whose skills dovetail with this framework. The successful candidate will demonstrate nonprofit management experience (admin, program, and development support) &amp; excellent skills with organization, communication, &amp; task execution. Arts development or finance background is a plus. 32 hrs\/week, pay $2000 \u2013 2500\/month based on experience.<\/p>\n<p>We support diversity at CoCA &amp; warmly welcome women, POC, &amp; LGBTQ+ people.
