Our culture is what differentiates us and because of this, we seek exceptional talent that\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mckinstry.com\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">believes what we believe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Here\u2019s where you come in:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an amazing\u202f<strong>Graphic Designer<\/strong>\u202ffocused on illustration and layout\u00a0to join our team as a member of our growing Enterprise Sales and Marketing division.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>You\u2019re great at:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deciphering and translating technical information and schematics for\u00a0multiple\u00a0audiences with a focus on illustration and layout work across digital and print sales collateral.<\/li>\n<li>Providing\u202fcreative direction, instilling fresh ideas and approaches across sales pursuits.<\/li>\n<li>Seeing\u00a0an opportunity or problem, identifying\u00a0resources needed, and working\u00a0to a resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Working alongside\u00a0sales\u00a0teams to improve visual storytelling\u00a0within proposals, presentations, and other outreach materials.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing\u00a0existing content and outreach materials for opportunities to insert visuals to form a more compelling and impactful narrative.<\/li>\n<li>Developing, modifying, and managing corporate templates\u00a0in InDesign, Word, and\u00a0PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Initiating\/coordinating\/leading photography\u00a0efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Working\u00a0within a\u00a0fast-paced, internal-agency\u00a0team\u00a0supporting multiple business units across the U.S.<\/li>\n<li>Staying\u00a0on top of graphic design technologies, best practices, and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Managing\u202fworkload to meet established schedules\/deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What we would like to see from you:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience required.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years\u00a0of experience in\u00a0graphic design, infographics, technical\u00a0illustrations\u00a0and layout, and production\u00a0work.<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other applicable graphic programs<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating templates for sales and business development outreach<\/li>\n<li>Preferred AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry experience<\/li>\n<li>Preferred AEC proposal experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/chp.tbe.taleo.net\/chp02\/ats\/careers\/v2\/viewRequisition?org=MCKINSTRY&amp;cws=41&amp;rid=5531\">here<\/a> to apply!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At McKinstry, we\u2019re proud to be a collective group of innovators and problem-solvers, builders and engineers, mentors and students.
