{"id":3769,"date":"2020-08-17T11:45:50","date_gmt":"2020-08-17T18:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/advis104\/?p=3769"},"modified":"2020-08-17T11:45:50","modified_gmt":"2020-08-17T18:45:50","slug":"queen-anne-farmers-market-seeks-poster-designer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/advis104\/2020\/08\/17\/queen-anne-farmers-market-seeks-poster-designer\/","title":{"rendered":"Queen Anne Farmers Market seeks Poster Designer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ARTIST REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<p>Be 18 years of age or older.<\/p>\n<p>Be a resident of the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Alaska).<\/p>\n<p>Be able to deliver completed works in a timely, professional manner.<\/p>\n<p>Be collaborative and open to feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Be available for 1-2 poster signing events each season in Seattle.<\/p>\n<p>Have an existing body of work to submit with their application.<\/p>\n<p>Be able to digitally manipulate and format files.<\/p>\n<p>SELECTION:<\/p>\n<p>A Search Committee of Queen Anne Community Members, Farmers Market Board Members, and Staff will evaluate artist portfolio submissions and select (2) Artists as finalists.<\/p>\n<p>Artists will be invited to visit Queen Anne Farmers Market for a meet-and-greet and guided tour of the farmers market. Finalists will receive a gift basket and recognition in QAFM\u2019s newsletter and on social media.<\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the 2020 season, QAFM\u2019s Artist Search Committee will announce the 2021-2024 poster artist!<\/p>\n<p>SCHEDULE:<\/p>\n<p>Applications open July 22 and close August 31, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Applications evaluated from September 1-9, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Finalists invited to QAFM September 17 and September 24, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Artist selected and announced no later than October 31, 2020.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/qafm.org\/artist-search\">For more information and to apply, click here!<\/a><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ARTIST REQUIREMENTS: Be 18 years of age or older.
