There are 4 Deaf artists featured, and they will be having a discussion about their careers, the ways in which their identities influence their art, and highlighting some of their favorite creations!<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, May 18th. 3-4pm PDT<\/p>\n<p>Our featured artists are:<\/p>\n<p>-Kellie Martin (they\/them): A Deaf and Queer artist, a graduate at Savannah College of Art and Design, and the Art and Design Director for Deaf Spotlight<br \/>\n-Jessica Flores (she\/her): a Latina comedian, Deaf advocate, illustrator, improviser, occasional YouTuber, &#8220;retired&#8221; graffiti artist, and more<br \/>\n&#8211; Brittany Castle (she\/her): Deaf graphic artist and owner of business, 58 Creativity<br \/>\n&#8211; Isabel La\u00ednez (she\/her): Latina graphic designer &amp; Illustrator<\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0event will be primarily conducted in American Sign Language. English voice interpretation and English captioning will be provided.
