In the C21 Internship Bootcamp you\u2019ll see how to use your first few weeks at an internship to prove you are a more than a student. You\u2019ll develop the skills employers want, and learn how to establish a reputation as a capable, reliable professional.<\/p>\n

What is an “Internship Bootcamp?”<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n

The Internship Bootcamp is a 3-week,\u00a0immersive training program to develop your professional skills in a real-world setting.\u00a0All of this will happen remotely, like most professional work around the world right now.<\/p>\n

As part of your training (approx 10 hrs\/week) you will be onboarded with\u00a0a cohort of intern trainees into gesture<\/em>–our own C21 training startup–where you will have a manager, work responsibilities, and constant feedback and evaluation.<\/p>\n

The work you will undertake in this professional environment will be designed specifically to challenge and stretch you, because the most important skills and lessons are learned through challenge. In this program, you’ll be able to learn–and risk–safely. This is what makes it a bootcamp.
