Whether you are about to start your internship, in the middle of one, or still looking, the C21 Internship Bootcamp will\u00a0ensure that you will have the skills to take full advantage of your next opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>The truth is, it is up to you to transform an ordinary internship into the unique story that gets you a full-time position. And the clock starts ticking your first day on the job.<\/p>\n<p>In the C21 Internship Bootcamp you\u2019ll see how to use your first few weeks at an internship to prove you are a more than a student. You\u2019ll develop the skills employers want, and learn how to establish a reputation as a capable, reliable professional.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you are the person they can trust with the challenges and responsibilities that open the door to better opportunities.<\/p>\n<div class=\"views-row views-row-1 views-row-odd views-row-first\">\n<div class=\"views-field views-field-field-program-point-title\">\n<h5 class=\"field-content\">What is an &#8220;Internship Bootcamp?&#8221;<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>The Internship Bootcamp is a 3-week,\u00a0immersive training program to develop your professional skills in a real-world setting.\u00a0All of this will happen remotely, like most professional work around the world right now.<\/p>\n<p>As part of your training (approx 10 hrs\/week) you will be onboarded with\u00a0a cohort of intern trainees into <em>gesture<\/em>&#8211;our own C21 training startup&#8211;where you will have a manager, work responsibilities, and constant feedback and evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>The work you will undertake in this professional environment will be designed specifically to challenge and stretch you, because the most important skills and lessons are learned through challenge. In this program, you&#8217;ll be able to learn&#8211;and risk&#8211;safely. This is what makes it a bootcamp.
