Includes weekend and evening shifts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Box office work<br \/>\nShop assistant<br \/>\nVR assistant<br \/>\nMeet and greet<br \/>\nAnswering visitor queries<br \/>\nAdhering to, and monitoring guests\u2019 adherence to, all Covid safety procedures<br \/>\nAnd any other duties which enhance the visitor\u2019s experience<br \/>\nThe role will require standing and\/or walking for much of the time<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be at least 18 years of age<br \/>\nThe ability to read, speak and effectively understand the English language<br \/>\nBe available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends<br \/>\nMust possess above average communication skills<br \/>\nSafety conscious<br \/>\nOutgoing and friendly<br \/>\nWilling to actively engage guests<br \/>\nAbility to learn and understand Van Gogh\u2019s works and his history in order to be able to answer general customer queries<br \/>\nCommitment to providing the best in customer service<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE PERSON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Venue, leisure, or retail experience<br \/>\n\u00b7 Shift management including opening\/closing responsibilities<br \/>\n\u00b7 Previous experience in a customer service environment<br \/>\n\u00b7 A general knowledge and\/or enthusiasm for the arts<\/p>\n<p>Interested students should send their cover letter and resume to <a href=\"mailto:johnsonint@gmail.com\">johnsonint@gmail.com<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:carol@immersivehub.co.uk\">carol@immersivehub.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience Hiring Guest Assistants A part time role reporting to the General and Assistant Managers.
