Camp Mah-Kee-Nac is a traditional, seven-week overnight all-boys camp located in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts. We hire staff from all around the world so we love to work with individuals who are excited about meeting new people and having extraordinary experiences. This is the perfect job to help build your portfolio and gain experience.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>-Dexterous, responsible &amp; organized<\/p>\n<p>-Training and teaching experience in woodworking<\/p>\n<p>-Must possess a desire to work with campers of varying skill ability levels<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>-Serve as an outstanding role model to campers and staff<\/p>\n<p>-Train creative art staff in woodworking and all safety procedures during orientation<\/p>\n<p>-Plan, organize and execute all activities for woodshop<\/p>\n<p>-Care and Inventory of equipment<\/p>\n<p>General Camp Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>-Help out with coverage on camper campus when needed<\/p>\n<p>-Attend some Director meetings when necessary<\/p>\n<p>-Assist in the planning and execution of additional camp activities and special events<\/p>\n<p>-To ensure the safety and care of our campers<\/p>\n<p>We stress skill development, positive self-esteem, and fun for our campers &amp; staff.
