When it comes to designs, we carefully curate to appeal to the largest group of potential buyers while showcasing design trends. We have years of professional staging and design experience and work with real estate professionals, investors, developers, and more to transform properties into homes anyone can see themselves living in.<\/p>\n<p>We are hiring immediately for a full-time experienced home stager to create and implement beautifully designed interiors. We request a minimum of 1-2 years of staging or interior design experience. We are looking for a very organized, detail-oriented, able to go the extra mile to get the job done type of person.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Help determine the style of furniture and accessories that\u2019s appropriate for the style of the property and is consistent with Manifestaging&#8217;s staging style as well as meets clients\u2019 requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Participate in selected property walkthroughs\/meetings with clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Help with set up, placement, and removal of home furnishings in different locations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Help with labeling, organizing, and adding inventory into Stageforce platform.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Help with coordinating schedules.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 A Positive Energy in team collaboration and learning our brand is a must.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Home decor handling \/ transporting \/ pickup and drop-offs. \u00b7<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Knowledge of social media marketing, photography, video marketing, and sales is a plus!<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 And many more fun projects!<\/p>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must be able to work with minimal supervision<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must be able to meet deadlines<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must be able to work on the project from start to finish<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must be able to work within a team environment<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent customer service skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must be able to multitask<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must be highly organized<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must be proactive and able to work independently<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Must have own vehicle and reliable transportation<\/p>\n<p>Email resume to <a href=\"mailto:jessicascottikw@gmail.com\">jessicascottikw@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANIFESTAGING is a leading home staging company located in Renton, WA.
