There have been 11 annual Celebrate Little Saigon (CLS) events so far without consistent branding.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, in pursuit of cohesion for future event promotion and materials, Friends of Little S\u00e0i G\u00f2n crafted a Celebrate Little Saigon brand consisting of fonts, colors, and illustrated elements. We now seek an event logo to complete the brand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deliverables<\/strong><br \/>\nOne (1) Celebrate Little Saigon logo, for recurring annual use in event materials and assets, that:<br \/>\n\u25cf Accompanies our existing CLS text brand and color palette.<br \/>\n\u25cf Has options of color, black, and white.<br \/>\n\u25cf Exists in any sizes needed for various digital and printed purposes.<br \/>\n\u25cb Ex. stickers, banners, posters, social media, merchandise, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timeline\/Milestones<\/strong><br \/>\nProject time frame: November 11 2022 &#8211; March 1, 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Detailed project timeline:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf 9\/20: RFQ release announcement<br \/>\n\u25cf 10\/30: Applications due<br \/>\n\u25cf 11\/11: Contractor selected<br \/>\n\u25cf 11\/16: Sign and complete contracting<br \/>\n\u25cf 1\/13: Completed discovery conversation with key stakeholders<br \/>\n\u25cf 1\/30: Draft 1 due<br \/>\n\u25cf 2\/13: Applied edits &amp; feedback; Draft 2 due<br \/>\n\u25cf 2\/27: Applied any additional edits &amp; feedback; Finalized sizing &amp; color options<br \/>\n\u25cf 3\/01: Final logo set due<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Submission<\/strong><br \/>\nTo apply, please submit the following elements in an email to info@flsseattle.org with the subject line: \u201cCelebrate Little Saigon Logo RFQ\u201d<br \/>\n\u25cf Cover letter: A no longer than one page introduction to yourself, your work, and what interests you about this logo development project.<br \/>\n\u25cf Portfolio\/Sample of relevant work: Examples of digital design work you have done where you utilized any skills\/tools relevant to this project (3 examples maximum).<br \/>\n\u25cf Budget proposal: Your proposed rate for a project of this length\/deliverable type.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum budget for this project is $2,500.<\/p>\n<p>RFQ Applications due by 5pm Sunday, October 30, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Celebrate Little Saigon Logo Development Scope of Work Celebrate Little Saigon is an annual neighborhood block party event hosted by Friends of Little S\u00e0i G\u00f2n, featuring local businesses and creators and providing space for community gathering.
