The Stroum Center for Jewish Studies offers annual\u00a0funding\u00a0opportunities to support research, language study, and conference attendance related to Jewish studies, for both graduate and undergraduate students. Learn more about\u00a0funding\u00a0opportunities\u00a0in Jewish Studies:<\/p>\n<p><u>Jewish Studies Graduate Fellowship<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Jewish Studies graduate fellowship<\/strong>\u00a0offers annual grants of\u00a0<strong>$4,000<\/strong>\u00a0to advanced graduate students in any discipline working on research projects related to Jewish studies. Fellows participate in workshops on public scholarship and Jewish studies topics, and present their work publicly through an in-person research presentation and an online article for our website.<\/p>\n<p>Applications for 2023-2024 graduate fellowships are due on\u00a0<strong>April 30, 2023<\/strong>.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jewishstudies.washington.edu\/graduate-students-scjs\/\">Learn more &gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Grants for language study &amp; research<\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jewish Studies\u00a0opportunity\u00a0grants<\/strong>\u00a0offer\u00a0funding\u00a0of up to $1,500 for language study, research, conference attendance, and other learning\u00a0opportunities\u00a0related to Jewish studies, for both undergraduate and graduate students.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jewishstudies.washington.edu\/news\/opportunity-grants\/\">Learn more &gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through the end of spring quarter 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Jacobovitz Scholarship<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Rabbi Arthur A. Jacobovitz scholarship for the advancement of Jewish studies\u00a0<\/strong>offers an annual\u00a0<strong>$5,000\u00a0<\/strong>grant to one full-time undergraduate student who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to Jewish studies.
