Coyote Central\u00a0and Photo Center Northwest are partnering to deliver two week-long film photography workshops this summer.\u00a0 We are seeking a volunteer darkroom assistant to help assist our teaching artist in getting these kids hooked on the magic of 35mm film!\u00a0 Here are the details:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Each week-long camp will take place at Photo Center Northwest<\/a>, with\u00a08 middle-school students, led by a professional artist.\u00a0 The camp will use black & white film, cover a range of photography types from street to portraiture, and develop in the darkroom!\u00a0 For our volunteer, darkroom and photography experience are great, but not required — more important is your sense of enthusiasm for working with young people, and ability to go with the creative flow and have fun.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Volunteer duties:<\/b><\/div>\n
– help students to use equipment safely and correctly<\/div>\n
– assist the Teaching Artist when needed with demos, setup, and cleanup<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Week #1 is July 17-21, 9am-1pm each day (20 hours)<\/div>\n
