And focused on building the team of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pmiworldwide.bamboohr.com\/careers\/570\">Industrial Design and Development Intern\u00a0 &#8211; Click here for full listing and to apply!<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Position Overview:<\/p>\n<p>The Industrial Design intern will be part of a growing creative community at Stanley and, through invention and originality, will help drive designs that inspire consumers to create a more sustainable and less disposable life and world.<\/p>\n<p>As an intern on the Industrial Design team, you will assist in sketching, concept generation, research, product development and testing for a wide range of high performance and innovative products in the food and beverage containment industry. This role reports into the Sr. Manager of Industrial Design and will work closely with the team in all aspects of product creation. You will support the delivery of category driven consumer experiences that inform and align with Stanley\u2019s 111 years of product integrity.<\/p>\n<p>The internship is a 12-week commitment running from either June 3rd\u00a0\u2013 August 23rd, or June 17th\u00a0to September 6th. This is a hybrid role with expectations of coming into the office about 2\u00a0&#8211;\u00a03 times a week.<\/p>\n<p>What\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0Do:<\/p>\n<p>Industrial Design<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Industrial Design and product creation team.<\/li>\n<li>Assist\u00a0in the design &amp; development of new products through research, concept generation, sketching, CAD &amp; prototyping.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational projects around digital material libraries and other design asset libraries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create visuals using\u00a0Keyshot\u00a0or other rendering software.<\/li>\n<li>Publish product stories, collaboration &amp; research using Mural.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who you are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong desire\u00a0to learn more about product creation at a dynamic and growing company.<\/li>\n<li>Exhibits natural curiosity and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Has strong sketching and conceptualization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to inform and communicate design intent through\u00a0storytelling.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates using strong verbal, written, and visual skills.<\/li>\n<li>Effective at producing compelling deliverables and quick turn task work.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently\u00a0pursuing a degree in Industrial Design or related Product Development degree.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sketching and conceptual creation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar\u00a0with 3D CAD software (Solidworks\u00a0preferred),\u00a0rendering\u00a0software (Keyshot\u00a0preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio examples of current project work that illustrate your strengths and skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salary<\/p>\n<p>$25 hourly<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pmiworldwide.bamboohr.com\/careers\/576\">Brand Marketing Intern &#8211; Click here for full listing and to apply!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Position Overview:<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for\u00a0a\u00a0Brand\u00a0Marketing Intern\u00a0to\u00a0join our team\u00a0for a summer filled with\u00a0contributing\u00a0to a range of marketing initiatives across\u00a0owned and earned channels,\u00a0events\u00a0and activations. You will think big\u00a0and work hard, helping to\u00a0create and execute seasonal plans and product launches,\u00a0unleashing\u00a0compelling content\u00a0that will\u00a0appeal to new and existing brand fans.\u00a0In this unique opportunity working within the\u00a0Brand Marketing\u00a0team, you will have the opportunity to\u00a0gain experience in\u00a0brand leadership, organic social,\u00a0retail marketing,\u00a0PR\u00a0and communications;\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0find\u00a0the learning opportunities\u00a0are only\u00a0limited by\u00a0your imagination.<\/p>\n<p>While this is a hybrid role, you must\u00a0be located in\u00a0the Seattle area to be considered.<\/p>\n<p>The internship is a 12-week commitment running from either June 3rd \u2013 August 23rd, or June 17th to September 6th. This is a hybrid role with expectations of coming into the office about 2 &#8211; 3 times a week.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities Include<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to\u00a0the design and execution of\u00a0marketing initiatives, such as product launches, PR campaigns, retail programs\u00a0and social\u00a0storytelling<\/li>\n<li>Participate in\u00a0sourcing,\u00a0briefing\u00a0and managing\u00a0content creators,\u00a0influencers\u00a0and\u00a0tastemakers\u00a0as they\u00a0use their voices to bring the Stanley brand to life<\/li>\n<li>Help build a compelling campus experience working with\u00a0premier agency partners and cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Engage,\u00a0nurture\u00a0and grow\u00a0our\u00a0social media communities\u00a0across\u00a0Instagram, TikTok and Facebook<\/li>\n<li>Assist\u00a0in the planning,\u00a0creation\u00a0and deployment of social media content\u00a0for our\u00a0rapidly\u00a0growing channels<\/li>\n<li>Track\u00a0results of various initiatives\u00a0to\u00a0identify\u00a0high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability<\/li>\n<li>Own\u00a0individual\u00a0projects\u00a0as you contribute to others,\u00a0and proactively communicate\u00a0workflow milestones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A team player who can work well with others<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of\u00a0an\u00a0entrepreneurial spirit\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0curiosity,\u00a0leadership ability and ambition<\/li>\n<li>Superior attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deal with ambiguity\u00a0and\u00a0the drive\u00a0to\u00a0get things done<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think on\u00a0your\u00a0feet,\u00a0embrace change,\u00a0articulate\u00a0problems\u00a0and potential solutions<\/li>\n<li>Interest\u00a0in social media, with an eye for trends and compelling content<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Canva and Sprout Social or similar platforms is a plus, but not a requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Basic Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing relevant degree\u00a0and\/or\u00a0recent college graduate holding relevant\u00a0credentials\/experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Outlook, Word,\u00a0Excel\u00a0and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About us: Stanley is defined by Creativity, Building and Invention.
