Black, Indigenous &amp; People of Color (BIPoC) are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Structure<\/strong><br \/>\nThe weekend afternoon and evening administration position is part-time, about 10 to 14 hours per week, reporting to the Office Manager. The position will have two 5-hour shifts on weekends and present opportunities for additional shift coverage. The position pays $20\/hr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Strong customer service skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Database proficiency, problem-solving<br \/>\n\u2022 Punctuality, reliability, and availability to cover on occasion<br \/>\n\u2022 Competency with Microsoft Office Suite<br \/>\n\u2022 Arts background preferred<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reception and Resource Center<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Provide a welcoming environment for all visitors.<br \/>\n\u2022 Answer and direct incoming calls.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide initial information about Pratt to the public, potential students, studio artists and volunteers.
