Company Background:<\/strong> Pike Street Press<\/a> opened its doors 8 years ago with a commitment to showcasing the PNW through design and bringing some fun back to the world of letterpress.<\/p>\n

While we don\u2019t take ourselves too seriously, we do take our craft seriously. We are deeply committed to providing premium print and design products to our customers. We currently have two brick and mortar shops located in downtown Seattle and the waterfront in Kirkland.<\/p>\n

What we are looking for:<\/strong> We are a small, family owned company, committed to our customers and our employees. Since we are small in numbers, to keep everything running smoothly a \u201cteam player\u201d attitude is key to success for this role. You will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

Managing production schedule and jobs for production while working hand in hand with Owner\/Creative Director and production team.
\nThis position is client facing and requires a personal approach to manage our clients needs and designing their projects.
\nMust be able to manage multiple jobs and clients, while working quickly & efficiently. Attention to detail is a must.<\/p>\n

Duties Including but not limited to:<\/strong>
\nQuoting Projects & Resourcing materials
\nMaking Sales & Following up with leads
\nProofing Custom Print Work with pressman during production
\nWork & manage production team on processing orders
\nDelegate production and shop tasks
\nManage shop quotes and inquiries.
\nOrder Materials for Production & process orders<\/p>\n

Design:<\/strong>
\nMust be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
\nPrint file setup & output is a must, digital, offset is a minimum. Letterpress Preferred
\nDesigning Products
\nEditing & Proofing Files
\nCustom Graphic Design for multiple formats and productions.
\nManage and Setup Files For press.<\/p>\n

Must be a team player
\nMust Be able to lift 50lb.<\/p>\n
