The Graphic Design Assistant will help the design team develop and execute a variety of projects and gain professional experience in the area of graphic design.<\/p>\n<p>** This is a part-time, seasonal position expected to last the duration of the Major League Baseball Season, through September 30, 2025. A change or extension to this duration may occur due to business needs. **<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Objective:<\/strong><br \/>\nAssist with ideation and production of design materials across a variety of digital and print media. Including publications, scorecards, T-shirts and other promotional items, logos, marketing materials, and graphics for social media, web and in-game presentations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the ideation, creation and production of design materials across a variety of digital and print media<\/li>\n<li>Assist in updating templates and versioning content for multiple platforms<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of photo assets to include color correcting, compositing and applying filters\/treatments<\/li>\n<li>Will perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education, if approved by management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Figma considered a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in print\/prepress production considered a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in 3D design, UI\/UX design and\/or motion design considered a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies,\u00a0Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA\u2019s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of design principles<\/li>\n<li>Makes decisions and takes actions that contribute to exceptional experiences for guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Authentic and Aware: Exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, demonstrating a dedication to doing the right thing and treating everyone with respect.
