Our cost-effective, tight-tolerance, global manufacturing capabilities ensure superior total landed cost as well as reliability throughout the product life cycle.<\/p>\n<p>Performs press set up on screen printing press and prints production parts for a variety of images on a wide range of materials ensuring compliance and adherence to the company\u2019s work instructions and processes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for proper set-up of screen printing press to ensure proper registration, ink viscosity, color and print quality per work instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Read and understand production orders \/ tickets and make sure all ticket instructions are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Check \/ monitor parts during production run for quality, and make corrective adjustments as needed to meet quality standards and customer specs.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for meeting established productivity \/ performance standards on all jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean work area and keep all equipment \/ machinery clean in support of the company\u2019s 6S initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Education and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in manufacturing environment a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality at all times<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and use of a PC<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English in support of the company\u2019s safety and work instruction process.<\/li>\n<li>Good math and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Good decision making skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan and organize work activities with a focus on efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities under minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives and goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pay Range: $21-23.00 Per Hour<\/p>\n<p><u><b>All Job Posting Locations (Location)<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Seattle<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Remote Type<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>On-Site<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/viewjob?jk=4f27dfebf7a0bc49&amp;tk=1inc9m38jgp9c87a&amp;from=serp&amp;vjs=3\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: With over 90 years of customer-focused performance, Boyd has evolved as a market leader in engineered rubber, plastic, metal, flexible environmental sealing &amp; energy management solutions.
