Innovosource is seeking a University of Washington student to support the live streaming and recording of an upcoming event hosted at Husky Stadium in partnership with UW CoMotion Labs on October 16-17, 2025. This is a short-term, paid, hourly position that offers hands-on experience with event production, live streaming, and post-production editing.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/strong> Qualifications<\/strong> Details<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Assist with planning and setup of live stream equipment and connections (Zoom\/Mighty Networks platform).
\n\u2022 Manage the live stream and recording during event panel discussions.
\n\u2022 Troubleshoot technical issues during sessions as needed.
\n\u2022 Produce and edit video recordings of each panel for post-event posting.
\n\u2022 Advise on equipment needs in advance of event dates.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Current UW student with interest\/experience in video production, live streaming, or AV technology.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with Zoom live streaming, audio\/video setup, and basic editing software.
\n\u2022 Reliable, organized, and able to work independently during the event.
\n\u2022 Prior event production or streaming experience preferred but not required.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Dates: October 16-17, 2025 (with some prep work in advance).
\n\u2022 Location: Husky Stadium, University of Washington.
\n\u2022 Compensation: Paid hourly, ~ 10 hours for $25 per, depending<\/p>\n
