Adam Smith seeks an energetic, motivated Digital Manager. This person will manage the Congressman\u2019s digital presence. This position reports to the Congressman\u2019s Campaign Manager. To be considered, please submit a resume and cover letter to Chirag Vedullapalli, chirag@electadamsmith.com.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n&#8211; Develop and maintain a strategic social media content calendar and fundraising email calendar aligned with campaign goals.<br \/>\n&#8211; Create, write, and publish content across platforms (including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, BlueSky, X\/Twitter, LinkedIn).<br \/>\n&#8211; Clip Rep. Smith\u2019s press hits and maintain an up to date Youtube channel.<br \/>\n&#8211; Produce and edit short-form video and graphics for social platforms.<br \/>\n&#8211; Translate policy positions, campaign updates, and rapid-response moments into clear, compelling digital content.<br \/>\n&#8211; Create and publish digital acquisitions ads.<br \/>\n&#8211; Monitor performance and engagement metrics to inform and refine social media strategy.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coordinate with campaign staff to ensure messaging is accurate, timely, and on-brand.<br \/>\n&#8211; Support rapid-response content needs, including occasional evenings or weekends during high-priority moments.<br \/>\n&#8211; Provide feedback and key priorities of voters and constituents across the 9th Congressional District to the team.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<br \/>\n&#8211; 2+ years of experience in campaign or political experience strongly preferred<br \/>\n&#8211; Proficiency with social media platforms (Twitter\/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, BlueSky, LinkedIn)<br \/>\n&#8211; Basic to intermediate skills in organizing and design software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Mobilize, VAN\/NGP)<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under\u00a0 tight deadlines<br \/>\n&#8211; Commitment to the mission, values, and urgency of a winning campaign<br \/>\n&#8211; Strong interpersonal and writing skills a must.<br \/>\n&#8211; A sense of humor is appreciated!<\/p>\n<p>This position is part time (15-20 hours\/week), with the potential to become full time. It requires working some nights and weekends.
