We are TumbleTales Studios, LLC, a children\u2019s audio entertainment company that recently released our first show, TumbleTales. It\u2019s a first-of-its-kind audio adventure show where kids can follow along at home through the whole story while doing all sorts of wacky movements. Little adventurers may find themselves pedaling an upside-down bike in space on their backs, spinning to create tornadoes at superhero training camp, or jumping rock to rock over a river in an ancient forest. Each episode has just the right mix of age-appropriate conflict, goofy characters, and fun! Since our release we have gotten amazing reception from our listeners. We sold out less than three weeks after our launch on the Yoto card store, have been featured on the front page of the Pinna app, have been included in lists of the Best Kids\u2019 Podcasts in publications such as Seattle\u2019s ParentMap, and have a 4.9\/5 and 5\/5 rating on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, respectively.<\/p>\n
Now that we know that kids love TumbleTales, we are looking to ramp up production to get more awesome adventures into families\u2019 homes. That\u2019s where you come in!<\/p>\n
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to work with a small but mighty team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the TumbleTales social media accounts and designing digital assets. The ideal candidate is a highly creative self-starter who can manage multiple tasks, has a high attention to detail, can create compelling content, and can bring brand stories to life through design, photography, video, and social media.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Conceptualize and design brand assets, social media posts, thumbnails, web UI, and other products.
\n\u2022 Manage social media pages with the goal of driving engagement, increasing following, and maintaining image with current audience.
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
\n\u2022 Monitor social media activity, engage with followers, and respond to messages and comments in a professional and timely manner.
\n\u2022 Research trends, influencers, and emerging social media opportunities to keep brand content relevant and engaging.
\n\u2022 Brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns, contests, partnerships, and audience engagement initiatives.
\n\u2022 Analyze social media performance and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
\n\u2022 Develop compelling visual concepts that align with existing brand image.

\n\u2022 Demonstrated strong proficiency in design software, including, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, & WordPress.
\n\u2022 Proven ability to conceptualize asset designs and follow through from concept to execution
\n\u2022 Experience creating engaging social media posts and building a social following
\n\u2022 Experience with Web UI design
\n\u2022 Excellent typography, layout, color, and composition skills
\n\u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently, learn new skills and workflows quickly, and take pride in high-quality final products
\n\u2022 Familiarity with social media management tools, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Sprout Social, or similar platforms is a plus.<\/p>\n
