Please fill out the online registration form below. We will send you the direct invoice, so you can pay the fees by sending personal checks or via wire transfer. The invoices will be sent out to you after June 15, 2014.
We cannot accept credit card payments. This results in a savings of about $50 for a typical registration. On the invoice will be a mailing address for checks and instructions for wire transfer.
You can cancel the registration on or before June 15, 2014. The registrations made after June 15, 2014 considered late registration, and there will be no cancellation and no refunds. No refunds for on-site registrations.
Registrations after August 1, 2014 must be done on-site at the meeting.
We only accept personal checks during the on-site registration.
