Cost of Cryopreservation

First Visit: Minimum $325 (Semen Analysis + Cryopreservation, includes first year of storage). Density Gradient Purification ($85) or Sperm Capacitation Enhancement ($75) added if needed.

Subsequent Visits: Minimum $285 unless sperm morphology or leukocyte abnormalities found in first sample.

Annual Storage fee: Charged on anniversary of first visit, regardless of number of vials or straws frozen.
