We&#8217;ll miss his devotion and wisdom. His obituary was published in the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legacy.com\/obituaries\/seattletimes\/obituary.aspx?n=robert-burton-frost-bob&amp;pid=177432821\">Seattle Times<\/a>.
