Interspersed throughout, he\u2019s worked or volunteered on numerous conservation projects including partnering with Montana DoT to mitigate ungulate-vehicle collisions, camera trapping jaguars in Belize, genetic analysis of invasive aquatic plants, and tagging sharks in Florida. He is interested in the intersections between international marine and space law, the search for and preservation of life elsewhere in the solar system, predatory wildlife conservation, and connecting the public with science in unique, effective, and, above all, fun ways.
