Where the two Northwests meet. Piemonte, the northwest region of Italy, meaning at the foot of the mountain, contains a variety of hearty flavors and produce similar to the Pacific Northwest region. In this class we will experience the importance of using fresh ingredients and dispel some of the stereotypes of Italian cooking. The instructor is native from Turin and she will guide you in learning the balance between improvisation and tradition. You will cook authentic recipes passed down from generations and by the end of the session you will truly know what it means to “cook from the heart". Downtown.
