Enjoy live music while you sculpt your body into the lean, muscular and graceful look of a ballet dancer. No experience necessary, all shapes and sizes welcome! The simplest ballet, Pilates and stretching exercises, with basic mat work and resistance bands, makes this class a great introduction to ballet or complement to other exercise forms. Students who take this class before taking Very Beginning Ballet, find that they progress faster. This is a great class to take if you have not exercised recently. Become stronger and more flexible in this class taught by former professional dancers. University District.
